Things that count as working out: Part I
All you need is a small human and their bike
Parent speak:
Toddler is absolutely done with their bike, sitting on the sidewalk throwing rocks and wants to be carried home.
Gym equivalent:

This is a full body workout. It’s a mix of strength and stability, core, arms, upper back, shoulders, hip flexors, grip, everything!
Tips:
Switch sides every X number of steps. Counting may also help distract you and your toddler during this long haul. Also, pull your belly towards your spine while standing up straight instead of doing the thing where you stick your belly out and let them sit on it like a little ledge.
